Natixis finances Affine’s acquisition and renovation of a property of 42,000 m² Assisting Natixis in connection with securing financing for the Affine group to allow it to buy and renovate a 42,000m2 property to be used primarily for warehousing. The premises are located in Saint-Etienne Molina (42) and should be leased, for the most part, by the Ministry of Defence. The team consisted of David Blondel, Emmanuelle Bismuth, Barna Evva for financing aspects, Natacha Loreau for leasing aspects and Isabelle Robert-Vedie for public law/urban development aspects.
04-09-2008 LBO France acquires Tourexel Group Assisting LBO France with the leveraged buy-out of the Tourexel group alongside the existing management team and RATP Développement. The team consisted of Jean-Luc Bédos, Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier, Pascale Macha-Sokolow, Emmanuelle Bismuth and Mathilde Plénat. The tax aspects of the operation were handled by Pierre Appremont and Karen Berdugo. 01-08-2008LBO France sells Interclean to Samsic Assisting Interclean (LBO France) in connection with its takeover by Samsic. A player on the cleaning and services sector, Samsic intends to broaden its range of activities by the takeover. The team consisted of Jean-Luc Bédos, Dimitri Pubellier and Nacime Tobni. 29-07-2008Implementation of subordinated convertible financing by the BMCE Group Advising the BMCE Group on the implementation of a subordinated convertible loan facility. BMCE BANK was the borrower, BMCE CAPITAL, the arranger, and SFI (a subsidiary of the World Bank) was the lender in this operation, the first of its type ever to be carried out in Morocco. The team was led by Alain Gauvin and consisted of Marie-Armelle Lohier and Jawad Fassi-Fehri. 19-03-2008Nexity takes control of ISelection Assisting Nexity in taking control of Iselection by acquiring 46% of the capital and voting rights from founding shareholders. Following the acquisition, the Nexity Group holds an 80% interest in the ISelection Group. LPA's team consisted of Jean-Luc Bédos and Nacime Tobni. 18-03-2008Nexity acquires the interest of a shareholder of GCE Holding Pierre Assisting Nexity with the acquisition of 21.14% of the capital and voting rights of GCE Holding Pierre, the parent company of the Lamy Group (formerly Gestrim / Lamy) from a longtime company shareholder.
