Natixis finances Affine’s acquisition and renovation of a property of 42,000 m²
Assisting Natixis in connection with securing financing for the Affine group to allow it to buy and renovate a 42,000m2 property to be used primarily for warehousing. The premises are located in Saint-Etienne Molina (42) and should be leased, for the most part, by the Ministry of Defence. The team consisted of David Blondel, Emmanuelle Bismuth, Barna Evva for financing aspects, Natacha Loreau for leasing aspects and Isabelle Robert-Vedie for public law/urban development aspects.

LBO France acquires Tourexel Group
Assisting LBO France with the leveraged buy-out of the Tourexel group alongside the existing management team and RATP Développement. The team consisted of Jean-Luc Bédos, Pierre-Emmanuel Chevalier, Pascale Macha-Sokolow, Emmanuelle Bismuth and Mathilde Plénat. The tax aspects of the operation were handled by Pierre Appremont and Karen Berdugo.

LBO France sells Interclean to Samsic
Assisting Interclean (LBO France) in connection with its takeover by Samsic. A player on the cleaning and services sector, Samsic intends to broaden its range of activities by the takeover. The team consisted of Jean-Luc Bédos, Dimitri Pubellier and Nacime Tobni.
